  This is where we need the drug companies to help us develop as near an ideal drug as possible, for mass distribution.  HAART drugs are getting more user-friendly, year by year, with fewer side effects and simpler, twice-daily or (preferably) once-daily preparations.  If these can be combined into the same pill, all the better…
